Willa Dean is a part of many happy memories of my childhood playing, exploring, riding horses, and having sleepovers with the Moss children. Willa Dean was kindhearted and even-keeled when I was at their home even in the face of adding an extra person to the already demanding job of raising a large family. She was meticulous about her home, a very good made from scratch cook, and always made you feel welcome in her home. Willa Dean's devotion to her husband, Vernie, was unwavering. Even as a child I was aware of her sadness over the loss of her baby, Ronnie. Living to 91 years old Willa Dean experienced many hard losses and times of sadness, but she also experienced the joys of many happy times with her beloved, ever growing family extending on multiple generations to include many great-great grandchildren. What a special blessing to experience getting to see and know so many of your children's lineage. May any harsh memories be released and only good memories prevail. Prayers for all of Willa Dean's family over the loss of this special lady and family matriarch.
