Wayne started working with his father, for my grandfather L.W.Snyder, when he was just 16 years old (1935). I don't remember when his father stopped, but Wayne worked for LW right up until the business closed in 1994-5. (Wayne did allmost of the heavy-lifting, all those years.) 60 years of hard work for one employer is a nearly impossible, rare accomplishment. My family are very grateful for all he did for us.
