What a shocker! He had sent me an e-mail at 400 that very day. We were classmates years ago an had gotten reacquainted over the last 10 years or so. He will be missed!!

Uncle Roscoe was the 'cool Uncle' in the family. He was a big smart aleck and loved to drive fast. I didn't see him much in the last few years but when I did he always had a hug for me and something witty to say. I know where I got my mouth from and my lead foot. Haha. Alicia Walden Harvey
Had just driven by Walter's house recently and wondered how he was doing. We met him at the Y several years ago and looked forward to our chats. He was a gentle soul and interesting to learn his home place was by Sharon Chapel, which is near our former neighborhood. To his family, we send our heartfelt sympathy
I will miss you walt, my brother-in-law who has a place in my heart and a friendship that was becoming stronger as we aged. You was a part of many family and friends alike. we are all sadden from the loss of your quiet love.
