Virginia was one of my favorite teachers. Until recent years, when I was home visiting family, I'd stop to visit her. She and my mother lived next to each other in the care center in Centerville. Virginia was a wonderful teacher and a great lady.
I am very sad to hear of Virginia's passing. She was a true southern lady. She and John hired me to work in their jewelry store when I was in high school. They were patient and kind and I learned so much from them. Rest in peace, Virginia.
