Pauline was one of my mother Hildeen's friends. My mother taught her to knit and I can still see Pauline sitting in our living room, needles in hand, working on a project. Pauline mastered knitting, like my mom did, and when I read here that she knit gorgeous baby blankets for the hospital auxiliary I was not at all surprised. Pauline never failed to ask me about myself. She was friendly and very sweet to others. If there is a big knitting circle up there somewhere, mom, Pauline, Dorothy and Louise are there. Sincere condolences to Linda and all the family. She will be missed.
