Dear loved ones of Mark, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your father, husband, grandfather, uncle. My deepest sympthy to Kathy and the entire family. Thank you Paula and Clay for sharing the news otherwise we would have never known. Mark was such a kind and wonderful family friend. I will never forget the time he drove up to meet dad and I at Tama, Iowa to pick up a horse named Red whom we had purchased from him. We loaded Red by backing each pick-up together. Red was a "dream come true" horse. Your dad had such a way with animals, I called him the horse whisperer. He loved all creatures big and small. He was such an intellect and always knew something about everything. He was also interested in knowing about "you" as a person, how others are doing and what they have achieved in life. He will never be forgotten. I have such fond fun "Uhlenhake" family vacations and get-togethers. Special times never lost or forgotten.
