When I think of Mario, all I can see is that huge smile. He was your classic good guy, always willing to help anybody in any way. I moved away from Centerville about 2 months ago and this news came as a real shock to my wife and I. He was currently living at our uncle's house and he was a staple at all of our family functions. My family all has dogs raised by him and Eddie. Mario really was a part of our family. The connection I have to this story is that I sold Mario the truck that he passed in, just 2 short months ago. You should have seen the smile on his face as he drove away from my house in his new beat-up 86 Toyota pickup full of Denver Broncos stickers (He was a Charger's fan). He finally had his wheels (Broncos wheels of course). I look back on these memories very differently in hindsight, but I sold him the truck cheaper than I would have sold it to anyone else because I knew he would love that truck, just like I did. His spirit will be missed and he leaves all of us who knew him with nothing but great memories. Well my friend, looks like we'll never get to watch that Broncos-Chargers game, but now I'm sure you have much better seats. You will be greatly missed and until next time.....R.I.P.
