My heart goes out to the entire Long family. I met Judy in October of 2001, when I was asked to join the Eagles Club women's pool league team. From the moment I met her, I liked her...her spunk and enthusiasm was beyond anything I was familiar with! That first initial meeting turned into 9 years as pool partners! Then, in August of 2005, when my life was at rock bottom, Judy gave me a job at the Super 8, where she was the general manager. That turned into a 5 year employeremployee relationship. But beyond all of that, she was my friend. I had been at her home countless times and no matter the circumstance of the visit, she always welcomed me warmly and offered me a Miller Lite!!!!! We had laughed together and cried together, countless times over the years. My heart aches at this loss of such a wonderful person. May she be at peace now, with Larry by her side, once again, and may everyone remember her with the gusto for life that she had. And may she keep breaking those cue balls with her red chalk by her side, walking that table in Heaven, and sinking that 8-ball with a bank-shot that nobody thought was possible.
