To the Alley children - Dwight, Becky, Doris, and Dean I thank God for your Mother, and I'm grateful to have shared in her life. She was a friend and neighbor as good as anyone would want. Please know that all of you are in our prayers. My fondest memory of Joy is sitting in worship at Sewal UMC and taking a peek at her face when our oldest son Matt would play the piano on Sunday mornings. She would be smiling and tapping her toe. She enjoyed the music and I think had a little bit of pride in Matt and his music. I loved her smile.
