I worked with Jose in the kitchen at the Lory State Student Center at CSU from 1990 - 1994. Him teaching me how to cook. Him firing me as his Algebra tutor after our second session! So many good memories from Jose and that crew in the kitchen. Rest in peace my friend. Ryan Jeffryes, Greeley, CO

My memories of Jose go back to his Ft. Collins days. Such a pleasant, caring person to be around, and always with a smile. We missed seeing Jose in recent years, but will always carry fond memories of our time with him. We know that he will be missed by many.
