Bob, so sorry to hear of Jan's passing. I have thought many times of you two since our congregation in Corydon closed down. I remember all the times Jan would bring something that she thought the kids would enjoy to church, the beautiful things she crocheted and shared, and the beautiful cards she made and would send. I wish that I had her talent for doing those things. She was a truly amazing woman who touches so many lives and brought joy to those around her. Prayers for you and your family.

Aunt Jan and I had an old-fashioned (snail mail) correspondence. I knew that for every holiday and occasion I would receive a handmade card and newsy letter. Because I live many states away we didn't see each other often, but our letters kept us and our families connected. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were a great gift to me. I will miss her.
From Jr. Jennings, I knew Janet for over 40 years. I remember when I won the Region #7 Award of Excellence and Janet congratulated me.Then topped it by winning the National Award !!!!
