Sorry to hear of your loss. He was a loving uncle. He enjoyed playing the guiter with his nieces and nephews. He liked to garden and always shared with friends and family. Deepest sympathy to Linda, Kim and Brad in the loss of your Dad and a much loved Uncle in our family. Know that we all share in your grief. So many cherished memories. I still remember when he lived at home with Grandpa and Grandma Scott before he married Aunt Rose. He taught me a lot of things, like driving a tractor and usually always let me tag a long with him when I was little. He always had some jokes to share and I enjoyed listening to him play his guitar or banjo and sing. There used to be a well known country singer back in the day also named the same, and whenever we heard him singing on the radio, I would always say Mom, Dad Uncle Jack is singing on the radio. Jack was a great friend. I worked with him at Falvey Lumber for about 15years. We usually went to lunch together and drove around town and talked. He always had a good comment for anything you told him. I had to chauffer him around in old blue. He always said that he used to sing on the radio until he got too big and broke it. I have so many good memories of Jack and the stories he told. Jack said and did what he wanted to no matter what anyone thought. I always tell the guys here at Falvey about him and that I wish he would work a few days a week because this place needs some comic relief. He will be missed.
