Harold Roberts' Obituary
Harold Wayne Roberts, 69 of Corydon, passed away on March 8, 2024, at Corydon Specialty Care following a long battle with Alzheimer's.
Harold was born October 19, 1954 in Centerville, Iowa, to Jesse and Betty (Trumper) Roberts.
He was a graduate of Wayne High School and lived most of his life in Corydon. His favorite pastimes included golf, bowling and most of all fishing. He always dreamed of moving out of town to the country and lived that dream when he purchased a house outside of Promise City. He loved walking down to a nearby pond with his dog and enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
Harold is survived by his loving mother Betty (Jack) Moore of Corydon; daughter Michelle (Sean) Kelly, grandson Phillip Kelly, granddaughter Evelyn Kelly all of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; son Daniel Roberts of Enterprise, Alabama; and son David (Carrie Wheeler) Roberts of Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.
Harold was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Roberts.
A memorial luncheon will be held by the family in Corydon for family and friends in June.
