Harold and I grew up together. We played backyard football & baseball together, fished together, bowled together, bought cars together, and worked together. We were like brothers from different mothers.
Harold belonged to the same Cub Scout Pack as many of us the same age. I understand he was a very good golfer, my Dad told me this. I kind of lost track of Harold. I invited him to our last class reunion. I was told at the time that Alzheimer's had taken its toll. RIP Harold.
