Gaylon was my step-brother, his father Ed raised me and my other 2 siblings (Bill and Shelly). Although we didn't grow up together, I was always told about him and knew of him during my younger years. As an adult I had the chance to finally get to know him, meet in person and speak with him and his wife Tammy. Gaylon was a very kind, helpful and peaceful guy. After all the years when I saw him as an adult it was like looking and speaking with his dad all over again. He missed out on that growing up and I wish that was different. Gaylon told me once that you have to look forward in life, not backwards or you get stuck there. He was always understanding of situations that were out of our control. My condolences to Tammy and the rest of Gaylon's family. His passing was too soon for all of you. Rest In Peace Gaylon, thank you for the kind words and the acceptance the past few years. I am unable to attend services, but know I will be thinking of you all.
