Frances Teresa Hurley's Obituary
Frances Teresa Hurley, age 96, of Corydon, passed away September 26, 2023 in Rockford, Illinois.
Frances was born on January 17, 1927 in Vienna, Austria, the daughter of Joseph and Franceska Pichler. She was united in marriage to Donald Hurley, and to this union, six children were born, Nancy, Donna, Aneita, Rosemary, Karen and Connie.
Frances worked for GTE in Genoa, Illinois for over 30 years. Upon retiring, Frances moved to Iowa. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling with the Prestige Club.
Left to cherish Frances' memory are her children, Nancy (Bill) Premo, Donna Hurley, Aneita Finch, Rosemary Clark, Karen (Bill) Razim, and Connie Roman; 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; a brother, Hans Pichler; as well as several extended family members.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hurley; her parents, Joseph and Franceska Pichler; two grandchildren, Tracey Clark and Jennifer Razim; and a great grandchild, G.T. Swan.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM, Friday, September 29, 2023 at Highland Cemetery in Mystic with Larry Bettis officiating.
