Frances was such an angel. She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. My husband,'Ronald' loved her so much and now they are together again in Heaven. I know she will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family. Teresa Myers
I will never forget Frances' kind, steady, calm voice. It was always comforting. As a child I had such fun riding bikes to the farm north of Promise City to visit her and Alonzo. Then when they moved into their new home, going a bit further, so I could play in their 'park.' She and Alonzo were such fixtures of Promise City, especially during the Promise City Fun Day years. Her spirit remains with all of those she touched. May God bless her and keep her in comfort for eternity.

Frances, was a Dear Lady who lived her testimony and shared her faith with everyone she met. We were close friends and I look forward to seeing her again in heaven.
While I have lost a dear friend...the Good Lord has called a faithful servant home. Frances helped me through the loss of my mother and will forever have a special place in my heart. I just loved Frances she was a lovely and caring lady !! I use to go up to the Seymour meal site when i knew she was there so i could get my Frances fix. When we were at the Seymour Care Center where i worked just couldn't wait to see her.
A wonderful Christian lady! Love her! She always loved me and prayed for me and for my children. She loved every child that she had in Sunday School class. I rejoice to think of her in Heaven, walking with Jesus and feeling better then she has ever felt in her life. Just imagine!!!!! She was ready to go, and I will miss her, but am very thankful she is HOME!
