I was a fellow trumpet player with Doug and although he was two yrs. older than me he always treated me with kindness and a great sense of humor! So sorry to hear of his passing.
Peggy and Girls, I will always remember his laugh, his joking around, how he tried to break me in as a newbe to the college, and I got him more then he got me, it was hysterical .
