chris was my step-mother for about 2 yrs when i was 1 12 to 3 12 yrs old. i do remember fondly sitting with her at the piano and she taught me how to play a song (with both hands). i so loved to listen to her play, especially at christmas time. that led me to a love of music and theater. i just learned today of chris's passing and i am greatly saddened, as i was just thinking of calling her, but no longer know her ph#. if doug or marillyn reads this pls look me up in indianola and give me a call. even though she was my step-mother for only two years, i did call her mom, as my biological mother passed away when i was six days old. i have thought of her often and she will be missed. blessing to the family from kaye ellen.
