There are many beautiful memories I have about Betty that it's hard to think and just choose one. So I am just going to share some of the moments that I love and how she made an impact in my life.
Starting with her delicious mac and cheese corn casserole. I always loved her because every Christmas or Thanksgiving, she would always make this wonderful dish that I always made sure to save room for it. I remember there was one time that she took the time to make some for my birthday. No better present was needed from her than her delicious food that she will bring to the table on our gatherings with the Tejeda Family.
Having Betty living so close to where me and my wife Angel live , we tried to make dinner plans sometimes a few weeks in advance since I work in a restaurant and it was hard for me to get together, but when we did, I always look forward to it since I enjoyed talking to her and spending some time with her, and also because we always choose the same places of eating out. Pizza Ranch was always the first place that came to Betty's mind. I remember so many stories because of this place, many laughs we all shared, and many lessons that she always shared with me and Angel.
Betty was not just a friend to me, but a part of my family. I am so happy to have met her thanks to my wife and the Tejeda family. I am so lucky to have had Betty at my wedding with Angel and share another wonderful memory with her. She always told me how happy she was that day of the wedding and how much she cared for me and Angel. I will always remember you Betty, and rest assured that I will take care and love of
your little Angel , like you did. You will be missed greatly.
