Yvona Ives' Obituary
Yvona 'Jean' Ives, 70, died Saturday, October 29 at her home in Humeston. She was born in Des Moines, Iowa on September 29, 1942 and was the child of Pauline (McClain) and Edwin 'Bud' Kissel. Jean lived in the Des Moines area until moving to southern Iowa. Among Jean's survivors is daughter Sonia McGrail of Lakewood, Iowa and sons James Owen (Becky Stocks) and Earl Ives of Des Moines. Also surviving is Jean's brother Frank Kissel (Brenda Friedrich). Jean was preceded in death by her parents and a step-sister Judy (Kissel) Coleman, all of Des Moines.
