Wilma Lister's Obituary
Wilma A.Lister, age 86 of Denver, Iowa formerly of Centerville, Iowa died Sunday, December 21, 2003 at the Sunset Nursing Home, Denver, Iowa.
She was born May 3, 1917 in Exline, Iowa, the daughter of Elic and Callie (Riggle) Perkins.
She married Donald A. Lister on August 25, 1940 in Albia, Iowa. He preceded her in death on March 7, 2003.
She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Schrum and her husband John of Denver, Iowa, one son, Neal W. Lister and his wife Becky of Hendersonville, North Carolina, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one sister, Mary Irelan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six brothers, Ray, Lester, Max Verl, John, and Paul Perkins; three sisters, Agnes Perkins, Bernice Brown, and Altha Smith.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday December 24, 2003 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home with Pastor Lloyd Johnston officiating. Friends may call all day Tuesday with the family present from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Exline Cemetery, Exline, Iowa.
