Bill was the most frequent visitor of my son in our home in Waverly, and best friend of my son as my children grew up. Bill was the most dear, sweet, loving and cheerful young man who ever visited our home....always with a big sunny smile and fun disposition and he was mature beyond his years in knowing when anyone needed cheering up...always reaching out to lend a helping hand. Bill so loved GOD and HIS MOTHER MARY that his mind naturally worked in a clear guided benevolent manner. Bill was a classmate from Waverly, and a friend of my brother's. Though we've lost touch over the years, I remember Bill as a very nice person. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Bill was a classmate and friend of mine. We spent many weekend nights cruising the strip in Waverly. I remember his sweet camo colored Pinto with flood lights on top. Bill, you will be missed! Bill and I became friends while working at Rubbermaid in Centerville. We hung out some outside work and occasionally rode our bikes together. I remember once at work Bill thought it would be funny to super glue a quarter to the floor and hide since he knew I would find it and not be able to get it. Turned out I did find it and as he watched I pulled a screw driver a adjustable wrench from my pocket that I always carried knocked the quarter off the floor and went on. He could not believe it.
