Willa R. Larimer's Obituary
Willa R. Larimer, age 71, of Centerville, Iowa, died Monday, December 15, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center in Centerville. She was born the daughter of Anderson and Dolly (Buckallew) Manning on April 11, 1937 in Hillsboro, Kentucky. She received her education in Georgetown, Illinois.On July 5, 1953, Willa was united in marriage to Ernie Daniels, they would later divorce. Then on July 28, 1978, she was united in marriage to Harold Larimer in Unionville, Missouri. She was a homemaker. Willa was an animal lover; she enjoyed taking care of her own pets and a stray cat or dog in the neighborhood. She continued her care until she became a resident at Centerville Nursing and Rehab. She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Harold Larimer on July 10, 2004; son, Blain Daniels; granddaughter, April Daniels; brothers, Frankie and Freddie Manning; sisters, Inez Madden, Vela Holcome and Mary Cherven.Willa is survived by: her son, Bryan Daniels and his wife, Laura of Exline, Iowa; daughters, Crystal Smith and her husband, BillyJoe of Centerville, Iowa and Tina Zugg and her husband, Jim of Centerville, Iowa; step-sons, Randy Larimer and his wife, Colleen of Bedford, Iowa and Mike Larimer and his wife, Falen of the Philippines; step-daughters, Cathy Larimer of Lamar, Missouri and Jackie Aleman and her husband, Herman of Metairie, Louisiana; grandchildren, Stephanie Sutoris of Columbia, Missouri, Chelsea Daniels and Kaitlyn Daniels of Exline, Iowa; Brandy Cormeny of Unionville, Iowa, Shane Ross of Centerville, Iowa, Darrick Smith of Mystic, Iowa and Tanya Boecker of Moulton, Iowa; fourteen great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Rollins and Marian Cooprider both of Illinois.Her body has been cremated and no services or visitation is planned at this time.
