Viola Ruth Buban's Obituary
Viola Ruth Buban, 75, of Mystic, passed away on June 29, 2018 at Wayne County Hospital. Viola was born on December 21, 1942 in West Point, Iowa to the late Walter "Shorty" and Lavena (Shadden) Mikels. Viola is survived by her husband, Bill; daughters: Janice Charlene Paull and Billie Jean Buban; sons: Richard Buban, Walter (Terri) Buban and Robert (Angela) Buban; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Janice (Bob) Golick. Viola was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rochelle Bates and brother, Ronald Mikels. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Thomas Funeral Home in Centerville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Interment will be at a later date in Highland Cemetery in Mystic.
