My sincere sympathy, Andy and family. I remember during our high school years the two of you being an item and loved by all. You were truly blessed with your best friend and the memories you shared your lifetime, Andy. May they comfort you all through the days ahead knowing she left many positive and loving behind but her memory will always be in your hearts. I was deeply saddened to hear of Vicki's passing. We were best friends allthroughout high school and even though our lives took us miles apart afterthat I still thought of all the wonderful memories that we shared. She alwayshad a smile on her face and with that bubbly personality she would easily winover anyone's heart.Even though I hadn't seen her for so many years I was solooking forward to seeing her at our 50th class reunion in August.Vicki is sucha special person and will certainly be in my heart forever. Words just aren't enough to describe the amount of sadness in my heart, A beautiful soul hasmoved into heaven and I look forward to that day when I can see her again. Dear Andy, Jeff, Jason and families,We are so very sorry for your loss and pray for healing to come to all of you although there will be a huge void in your lives. She was special. My memories of Vicki are from a time longer ago than seems possible. We were very young and both new to the Rathbun Hatchery. We hit it off right away and had so much in common - the boys, sewing, gardening, canning etc. and we had some really good times. I'll share my memory of meeting Vicki after we got moved into our house at the hatchery. She came over and one of the very first things she asked was if we wanted to go to church with you all in Moravia. A testimony to her faith even at that young age. I also remember as we were visiting in our back yard our very spoiled and naughty Cocker Spaniel lifted his leg and peed on Vicki's foot! I was so very, very embarrassed but she kindly laughed it off and even after that she made me her friend. I don't think she ever did like that dog though. So many people have mentioned her laugh and smile - they were her trademark. Love to all of you, Marsha & Vern Posted by Marsha Spykerman - Sibley, IA - Friend April 03, 2016
