Tom P. Milford, age 59, of Centerville, Iowa, died Saturday, July 3, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He was born the son of Ray Roy and Bessie (VanBlaricom) Milford on January 15, 1945 in Centerville, Iowa. He received his education in the Centerville Community Schools.Tom was first united in marriage to Pansy Husted and they were divorced in 1978. Then on July 9, 1979, Tom was united in marriage to Charlene Burns in Centerville, Iowa. He worked for many years at the Box Plant and Foundry in Centerville, and also had a garbage route. Later he and his wife, owned Tom's Tap in Centerville for many years.He was preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Charlene Milford on February 13, 2003; and 9 brothers and sisters.Tom is survived by: his daughters, Willa Milford-Harson and Gary Parks of Centerville, Pansy (Libby) Adcox and her husband, Larry of Macks Creek, Missouri, Robin Milford of Centerville, Treasa Adler of Ames, Iowa; Step-daughters, Cindy Montegna and John Strayer of Centerville; Sons, Bill Milford and wife, Lori of Kansas City, Missouri; Step-sons, Clem Hawk and his wife, Lisa of Ottumwa, Iowa, Carl Hawk and his wife, Penny of Garden Grove, Iowa, David Hawk of Centerville; Sisters, May White of Wellman, Iowa, Lois Vinton of Washington, Iowa, Pauline Smith of Missouri, Wanda June Clay of Arizona and Sharon Smithberg of Delta, Iowa; Brothers, Bobby Milford of Wellman, Iowa and Ralph Milford of Tennessee; 16 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren; 1 step great grandson.Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 10 am at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev.
