Tom Micetich's Obituary
Tom Micetich, 72 of Knoxville and formerly of Numa passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Accura Healthcare in Knoxville. Tom was born on March 7, 1947 in Centerville to Phillip & Frances (Kopatich) Micetich. Tom received his education from Centerville Schools. Tom served his country in the United States Army Corp. Tom worked several jobs through life, including driving semi, school bus driver and mechanic. He was a jack of all trades. Tom was a member of Appanoose County Post #526 VFW. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing music, cooking and time spent with his family. Survivors include children: Todd (Peg ) Micetich, Troy Micetich, Trevor (Michele) Micetich, Tommy (Tara) Micetich, Timmy (Carrie) Micetich, Misti (P.J.) Russell, 16 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, siblings: Ed Micetich, Delores Smith, Marcella Doggett, Marge Stickler, Phillip "Butch" Micetich, former wife, Mary Ann Micetich and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Carl Micetich, Florene Davis, Phyllis Tracy and a granddaughter, Courtney Micetich. Funeral mass will be 10:30 am, Friday, April 5, 2019 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow at Numa Cemetery, visitation will be all day Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Thomas Funeral Home with the family present from 5-7 pm.
