Tina Ann Sulser's Obituary
Tina Ann Sulser, 53, passed away at her home in Lineville, IA on May 8, 2024.
Tina was born in Leon, Iowa to Alan and Connie (Norris) Couchman. She received her education from Wayne Community High School and graduated with the class of 1988. She went on to attend Simpson College for a year and later Indian Hills, where she received her Associates Degree.
Tina worked at Lakeside Casino in Osceola, Iowa for 20 plus years. She then went on to work at Hy-Vee for 5 plus years.
Tina attended many concerts and loved listening to live music. While she worked at the Casino, she got to meet multiple musicians and bands including her favorite artist, Gary Allan. She liked traveling, especially going to Nashville and also enjoyed going on cruises.
Tina was a very loving and caring person. She was always willing to take someone under her wing and help them out. This is why most people referred to her as "Mother Hen".
Tina is survived by her parents, Alan (Marilyn) Couchman and Connie Couchman; husband, Jared Sulser; siblings, Eric (Jennifer) Couchman and Aaron (Laura) Couchman; very special cousins, Tim Couchman (Amanda Cooper) and Kristi (Tom) Walmsley; nephews, Dalton Couchman, Dillon Couchman, Sloan Sulser, Mason Sulser, Dominic Sulser, J.T. Couchman and Weston Walmsley; nieces, Brylee Sulser, Olivia Hrubetz, and Elyse Walmsley; brother-in-law's, Nick (Carla) Sulser, Dave (Tynne) Sulser; in-laws, John and Linda Sulser; grandparent-in-law's, John and Betty Sulser and numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dale and Audrey Couchman, Russell and Irene Norris; grandparent-in-law's, Lyn and Lillian Fenton.
Funeral services will be held 10:00am Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Thomas Funeral Home in Corydon. Interment will immediately follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Lineville, IA. Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home.
