Timothy Michael Seals' Obituary
Timothy Michael Seals, age 63, of Moravia, Iowa passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in Centerville, Iowa.
Tim was born on August 9, 1959, in Moline, Illinois son of Aubry and Delicia (Pancrazio) Seals. He graduated from Moravia High School in 1977. On March 13, 1976, he married Julie Haver and to this union four children were born: Shannon, Michael, Ashley and Kriston. They later divorced.
Tim was self-employed throughout his life. He farmed the family farm, owned TJ's Meat Market, Seals' Midwest Dog Training Facility and Seals' Select Cut Logging. Tim was known for his ability to "fix" anything. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, arrowhead hunting and trips to the casino.
Tim is survived by his children, Shannon (Don) Self, Michael (Melanie) Seals and Ashley (Jason) Snow of Moravia, Iowa and Kriston (Josh) Friedrich of Rochester, Minnesota, grandchildren Nicole (Donavan) Beaty, Jessica and Jaime Self, Matthew and Carson Seals, Haley, Makayla and Jacey Snow, and Boone Friedrich. He is also survived by his brother Jim (Robyn) Seals of East Moline, Illinois, his brother-in-law, Gary Kuehlem of Waukegan, Illinois, his significant other, Terri Seals of Moravia, Iowa and many nieces and nephews, as well as his beloved dog and "favorite child", Sadie.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Ella Richmond and Angela Seals-Kuehlem.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:30AM on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Oakland Cemetery in Centerville with Pastor Terry Chapman officiating. A visitation will take place Monday, July 10, 2023 at Thomas Funeral Home in Moravia, with the family present from 9:00-11:00AM.
