Thomas Moore's Obituary
Thomas O. Moore, 78, passed at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Pam (Wyman) Hutchison of Lowell, Arkansas; sons: Samuel, Kimball, Bryan, Tom and Tim Moore as well as 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen; brother, James and his parents. Per Tom's wishes, cremation has been accorded and services will be held in September.
