Thomas McKay's Obituary
Thomas ""Tom"" Franklin McKay, age 45, of Cincinnati passed away Sunday, August 9, 2009.
Tom was born April 28, 1964, the son of Lora Franklin and Connie Lee (Seals) McKay in Centerville, Iowa. He worked at Rubbermaid and farmed. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, trapping and woodworking.
Tom is survived by his parents; children, Austin and Hoss McKay of Cincinnati, Iowa; a sister, Angela McKay and significant other Samantha Clark and their children, McKayla and Joshua all of Atlantic, Iowa; step siblings, Delora Funk of Missouri, and Marty McKay of Kirksville, Missouri; and sister in law Julie McKay. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy McKay and Mary Seals Stewart, Robert Seals and Paul Stewart.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:30 PM, Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Pastor Donnel Logsdon officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established and may be left at or mailed to the Lange Funeral Home 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
