Thomas L. Budiselich's Obituary
Thomas ""Muscles"" L Budiselich Sr., age 70, died Wednesday morning, October 25, 2006 at his home in Centerville, Iowa.
Tom was born October 16, 1936, the son of George and Mary (Tometich) Budiselich in Centerville, Iowa. He attended Centerville schools and served in the US Navy for four years. Tom was married to Cecilia Raskie on July 2, 1960 in Centerville, Iowa. She survives. Tom worked for Mott Construction, Viskase, J & J Plumbing and a self-employed plumber. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, St Mary's Church and Centerville Eagles Club. Tom ""Muscles"" leaves behind many wonderful friends and customers who will miss his helping hands and services.
Tom is survived by his wife, Cecilia; five children, Thomas L (Sherry) Budiselich Jr. of Centerville, IA, Guy S. (Lisa) Budiselich of Moscow Mills, MO, Gail R. (Fred) Moorman of Centerville, IA, George (Samantha) Budiselich of Ottumwa, IA, Anthony Budiselich of Centerville, IA; seven grandchildren; five step grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; a sister, Lorraine F. (Clint) George of Centerville, IA; aunts, Tiz Budiselich and Josey Battistone; and many nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; uncles; aunts; and three nephews.
Mass of Resurrection will be held 10 AM Friday, October 27, 2006 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Centerville, Iowa with Fr. Ron Will C.PP.S officiating. Burial will follow at the Hanes Cemetery in Centerville, Iowa. A prayer service will be held 6 PM Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home with family present from 6-8PM. A memorial has been established to the family or St. Mary's Catholic Church or Mercy Hospice and may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
