Steven Garza, age 17, of Centerville, Iowa, died Monday, March 19, 2007 at his home in Centerville. He was born the son of Hermenegildo Garza, Jr and Kathie Watts Garza on January 21, 1990 in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He received his education at the Strassburg Elementary School in Suak Village, Illinois and also attended school at Garfield and Howar Junior High here in Centerville, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Eugene and Delma Watts.Steven is survived by: his mother, Kathie Garza of Centerville, Iowa; father, Hermenegildo Garza, Jr of Sauk Village, Illinois; sister, Rosa Garza of Centerville; brother, Joshua Garza of Park Forest, Illinois; paternal grandparents, Hermenegildo, Sr and Rosa Garza of Sauk Village, Illinois.Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 11 am at the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Mathew Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Cemetery.
