I knew Stefanie through the South Central Dirt Riders club where she was the secretairy and treasuer. She was a fine person and was a big part of our club and will be missed by all our members. Stephanie was a great person. I was so sorry to hear of her passing and my thoughts and prayers are with her friends and family. I hadn't spoken to Stephanie for quite some time but we were friends in school and I have known Jeff since 4th grade. I met Stephanie at by Mom's house after my Aunt Junes funeral. I remember her as someone so full of life and confidence. She was very excited to talk about her ongoing geneology of the Hamilton family history. Her energy just radiated from her. Before my Mom passed the Lord took her two sisters June and Joyce. The day my Mom passed from this earth I remember thinking that God has taken the angels to be with Him. Stephanie is now one of the special angels God has brought home to serve a purpose that we will not understand while we remain here on earth. It is painful for those who loved her so, but we can take joy in the fact that God gives eternal life to those who believe in him and know that Jesus was sent here to purchase that promise for us. She is now in a place so full of Joy, Peace and Love that we cannot begin to imagine. She is in the presence of our Lord. Some day we will be with her and the others who God has chosen to take before us. My heart feels the pain of her family, especially Jeff. I will always pray for you. I knew Stephanie through Ron Hamilton and then Ron and Karen..........Jeff and Steph and Lazy.... She will truly be missed on her visits to Rockford and she would send me pictures of the dogs...So sorry Jeff. I have known Stefanie for many years as she went through High School with my oldest daughter, Tonya (Symmonds). We have been in contact as friends for the past few years through the Fitness Center. Stefanie will be missed by everyone at the Fitness Center, Staff as well as members. She was always encouraging one of us (staffmember) to do a class with her. She would save a place in the back if she thought it would get me in there. She said you should try everything, and don't worry about what doesn't work for you. We are very proud of the great strides that Stefanie made in this past year with her weight loss and exercise regimen. She shared her enthusiasm with us and always had time to chat.
