Stefanie Campbell's Obituary
Stefanie Campbell, age 27, of Cincinnati, Iowa, died Thursday, July 8, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Stefanie was born the daughter of William (Bill) and Judi Horn on September 9, 1976 in Bloomfield, Iowa. She graduated from Moulton Community School in Moulton, Iowa.On October 14, 1994, Stefanie was united in marriage to Scott Campbell in Centerville, Iowa. Stefanie worked hard at being a devoted wife and mother.Her family was her whole life.She was preceded in death by: her son, Tyler Campbell; her maternal grandfather, Dwight Stocker; and her paternal grandparents, Raymond and Madge Horn.Stefanie is survived by: her husband, Scott Campbell and their son, Dakota, of Cincinnati, Iowa; her parents, Bill and Judi Horn of Moulton, Iowa; her sister, Selena Horn of Moulton, Iowa; and her grandmother, Carleta Stocker of Moravia, Iowa.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 1:00 PM at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Patrick Doherty officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Centerville, Iowa.
