Tom, Claudia, Dane and Meggie, We were all saddened to learn of Rudies' passing. I know he is in a better place now and is looking down on each of you. I will never forget the the fishing trips with Rudie and Lavon on Rathbun Lake to catch white bass, walleye, channel catfish and anything else that was biting. We had so much fun catching fish, and a lot more eating and sharing them with friends. Lavon's Sunday afternoon meals were a special treat for all of us, and there was always more than enough to go around. I always enjoyed the spirited conversations Rudie and I would have about politics and world events. He was always thinking, sharp and determined in his ways. God bless all of you Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Rudie will never be forgotten, he was a very special man who loved life with a big heart.
