Rosabelle Killen, 98 of Bloomfield died Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield. Rose was born on August 5, 1912 to Andrew & Lena Cook in St. Joseph, Missouri. She married Doy Killen on November 10, 1937 in Wathena, Kansas. They would relocate to the Bloomfield area on the Killen family farm. Rose was a homemaker the majority of her life. In her early years she was a nanny for a family and also worked in a local Cafe in St. Joseph. Rose was preceded in death by her husband Doy on December 20, 1983, parents and a sister Ernestine Maxwell. Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at Dunnville Cemetery. Memorials may be left to Long Term Care - Davis County Hospital. Condolences may be left at www.thomasfh.com.
