Rosa Faye (Foster) Seddon, age 91, of Mystic, Iowa died Friday, November 19, 2004 at Centerville Nursing & Rehab Center in Centerville, Iowa. She was born the daughter of the late Clem and Mary (Dykes) Foster on March 8, 1913 in Walnut City, Iowa. In 1932, she graduated from Mystic High School in Mystic, Iowa.On October 30, 1937, she was united in marriage to George Seddon in Mystic, Iowa. Faye was a homemaker. She was a member of the Walnut City Christian Church, having served as Secretary/Treasurer, Eastern Star, Highland Cemetery Association, and 4-H leader.Faye was preceded in death by: her parents; husband George Seddon on June 4, 1995; a daughter, Leta Corder, on March 8, 1975; a brother, Gerald Foster; and sisters Opal Tait, Leta Shelton; and Letha Wicker.She is survived by: a grandson, Rusty Corder, of Unionville, Iowa.Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 22, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Centerville, Iowa with Rev. Jerry Weller officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset View Cemetery in Moulton, Iowa.
