Will always have the good memories of Ron most of which were at our Wood family reunions. He was there to visit and talk to all of us. To Ron,give lots of hugs to our now departed loved ones up there,and keep smiling. One of your many cousins.Rock. Will miss you.❤️
I met Ron in 1975 when he was dating my friend and roommate,Sherri Crawford.Ron introduced me to his friend,Tom Hall.Sherri married Ron,I married Tom.Both marriages gave us three cherished children!I have so many great memories of Ron.As many of you know,when Ron talked to you he got right in your face.It always made me feel as if he was truly interested in what I had to say.When my grandpa,Hermas Swarts,passed away,Ron approached me after the funeral.He gave me a kiss on the cheek,then we talked for a while(up close,of course).Later my daughter asked me who that guy was that I was making out with!I am forever grateful for 48 years of unwavering friend,with much credit going to our mutual friends,Bob and Annie Klebe.They got the 4 of us together whenever possible.It is with profound sadness that I say goodbye to my friend.Heartfelt condolences to Adam,Taylor,Brandt,Sherri and your families. You boys are so very special to me, and your mom and dad were so good to me in the trusting of your care. You all truly are like family... Ron always had a smile on his face and was always so interested in my well being after I left Moulton and came back for visits. I wish I could take from you the heartache you boys are feeling. I know he was so very proud of you three and can only imagine the joy you brought your dad over the years as you grew into young men and your families.
Just know the Good Lord gained an Angel and your daddy will be watching over you until you meet again someday.

Sorry for your family's loss. Ron was such a friendly guy and outgoing personality.
Just loved running into Ron. He nicknamed me Lady Di and never saw me that he didn't call me that. I always loved hearing stories about his kids and grandkids. I'm so sorry for your loss.
