Ronald Driscoll's Obituary
Ronald Driscoll, age 67 of Centerville, Iowa died Friday December 22, 2006 at the Mercy Medical Center, Centerville.
Ronald was born June 9, 1939, the son of Edwin and Lucille (Schutterle) Driscoll in Watkins, Iowa. He attended Nodaway Valley High School. Ronald was a member of the United States Air Force. He was a car salesman for Stitzer Lincoln Mercury in Cedar Rapids. Ronald was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Centerville. He loved to tinker with electronic appliances and enjoyed telling stories.
Ronald is survived by two children, Gary and Lisa Driscoll; three brothers, William and his wife Karen Driscoll of Newhall, Iowa, Lloyd Driscoll of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Jerry Driscoll of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two sisters, Carol and her husband Jim Clark of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Patricia and her husband Victor Butz of Moravia, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; and his two brothers, Ed and Larry Driscoll.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville, Iowa with Father Ron Will officiating. A visitation will be held Tuesday at the funeral home from 10-11 AM. Burial with full military rites will follow at the Mt. Ararat Cemetery east of Centerville. A memorial has been established to the family and may be left at or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa 52544.
