I worked with Ron at JDOW, we drank coffee visited about hunting deer and Ron came over several times to my Farm in Milton to hunt deer. I will miss Ron as will his family, he was a true friend soft spoken great listener and seemed to have very good insight and advice on issues. I remember he had his winter camouflage on hunting and the weather was so cold Ron said I had to call it quits, it's way to brutally cold sitting on that log. I saw several does no bucks. I will try another day, anytime your welcome to hunt. I know Ron had many friends at John Deere he will be missed.
Thank you so much Al and Terry. We had so much fun with you guys. The boat ride on the intracoastal was wonderful and Ron would not have done that with just anyone. Ron cherished his talks with you. He always wondered where you would finally settle. He is missed. He is painfree now.

Terry and I only knew Ron for a few years while both he and Carolyn lived in Florida, but the abbreviated time we spent was high quality. We lived in the same communities at two different locations and shared many lunches together. I was always impressed with Ron's fitness and positive outlook in the face of the physical challenges he faced. I will always remember his kindness and that great smile. Ron was my first softball coach. I couldn't have been luckier to have learned a great sport from a class act like Ron.
