Roger was my brother but he was much more. He was my best friend, my confidant, my protector from infancy to old age, who I looked to as a touchstone as a model of what a human being should be. The mere sound of his voice and that smile would light me up. He was my home.

Roger was a neighbor of mine for over 20 years. Not a day went by when I was home that he didn't drive by multiple times! In a tractor, on a 4 wheeler or in his old Black Ford truck at blinding speed of about 20 mph! He would always wave and smile every single time! If I was outside he would stop quite a bit to visit! You could always count on Roger if you needed help with anything. One call and Roger or Dave would be there in a few minutes to help! Roger was a great great man and a whole lot of fun to visit with pester and talk to! My prayers and thoughts go out to Carol, Dave, Carrie and all their families. My condolences, Jeff Deahl
