Robin Deann Stickler's Obituary
Robin Deann Stickler, age 58, of Centerville passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 at her home.
Robin was born on December 4, 1964 in Exline, Iowa, the daughter of Charles Robert McClurg and Idalee Elvira (Exline) McClurg. She graduated from Centerville High School with the Class of 1983. Robin was united in marriage to Rodney Stickler, and to this union, two children were born, Ashleigh and Owen. The couple later divorced.
Robin was very passionate about her faith in Christianity, her dogs, cars and especially her family. She loved water activities especially the Current River. Robin would bring her grandchildren to the local swimming pool with her in the summer, to make sure they had the same love of water activities.
Left to cherish Robin's memory are her father, Robert McClurg; her children, Ashleigh Stickler of Centerville and Owen (Casey) Stickler of Lathrop, MO; grandchildren, Tatum Shipman, Linken Shipman, Aubree Shipman, and Caidden Stickler; her uncle, Jack McClurg; as well as several extended family and friends.
Robin was preceded in death by her mother, Idalee McClurg; her brother, Bryan McClurg; her sister, Kayla McClurg; as well as several other family members.
Per wishes, cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life get together will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Exline Community Center in Exline, Iowa. All friends and family are welcome to join the gathering to reminisce about Robin with others who loved and cared about her.
