Robert Bob" Krueger's Obituary
Robert Krueger, age 84, formerly of Urbandale, died in Corydon, IA on July 22, 2010. Robert was a WWII veteran having served in the US Marine Corps. Fondly known as 'Conoco Bob' in Corydon, he will be missed by his many good and faithful friends of all ages there. He was a long time and active member of AA serving and supporting his friends from all over the U.S. He was victorious in having succeeded in 34 years of sobriety. Robert is survived by his children: Pam Ray, Sue (Sam) Flanders, Marsha (Dave) Sweet and Tom Krueger; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The Committal Service will be at 2 p.m. at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery at Van Meter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa in Centerville or to the Corydon Nursing and Rehab Center.
