Staff Sergeant Robert E. Howard passed away on April 16, 1945 in East Germany while serving his country during World War II.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Sunset View Cemetery north of Moulton, Iowa with Reverend Brian Hargrave officiating.
