Robert Lisle Drake's Obituary
Robert Lisle Drake, 36, of Humeston, Iowa passed away at his home on September 19, 2016. Bobby was born in Leon to Shirley Clarke Drake on November 16, 1979. He attended Morman Trail High School. Bobby worked alongside his brother Billy siding homes for farm and home. He was a restless guy who always had to be doing something and hated sitting around being bored. He took great pride in everything he did, especially mowing, and he always made his yard look its best. He loved being outside as much as possible. Bobby had a great sense of humor and he loved to laugh. He was an amazing husband, and a very loving father, son, and brother. He was so proud of his family and was always willing to help anyone who needed him. Bobby is survived by his wife Becky Bidwell-Drake and their children Allea Davis and Victoria Davis, siblings; Tony Jones (Johanna), Donna Drake, Donnie Drake, Saleena Ayers (Brian), Byron Drake, Billy Drake (Maria), Becky Drake (Mike Moore) and LaSheena Drake, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his baby Angel Drake, grandparents Lester and Edna Clark and his Aunt Bev. Memorial services will be held at the Humeston Reservoir on October 1, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., with a dinner following at the First Baptist Church in Humeston.
