Robert Brown's Obituary
Robert E. (Bob) Brown, 83, of Cambria, Iowa, passed away on November 8th, 2012. Bob was born in Tingley, Iowa, and spent his adult life in Des Moines, Grundy Center and Cambria, Iowa. He served in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard Reserves from 1950 through 1958. Bob retired from Armstong Tire and Rubber Company after 31 years of service. After retirement he enjoyed traveling, music, family and friends. Bob is survived by his children, Linda (Walter) Hershey, Michael (Denise) Brown, and Jeffrey (Freda) Brown), six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, special friend Donna Caldwell, sister Beverly Hart, brothers Richard Brown and Dwight (Edna) Brown, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence (Shorty) and Mary Brown and former wife Doris Sandeen Brown Wolf.
