I remember him buying watermelon a lot. Was so yummy. N I remember him bringing stuffed animals home from a show or something for us kids. I got a lil miss piggy. Still have it somewhere I think. So many memories.
Rick and Susan- so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed and learned so much working for Richard in the late 1960's while I was in High School- many cherished memories of him, your Mother and Grand parents- I am pleased I got to visit with Richard, Helen and Susan last year while Richard was here in Des Moines at the hospital. You are all in our thoughts and prayers!
