Richard 'Rich' Jones, age 60, of Exline, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at his home. There will be no scheduled services at this time. We will update the public if the family chooses to celebrate Rich's life at a later date. Read Obituary
Thank You for sharing ! Rich talked about his skiing days and how he was a pro , I used to ask him if it was like the fishing stories I heard and he would laugh! He was a wonderful man with a great heart who always helped others! I loved him and Trish dearly! I know they are together again!

Phil was such a good man to my husband and I. He would always help us with any parts we needed and was always there for help. We will miss him deeply. Our condolences to family and friends.
So sorry as I've made a big mistake I meant to say Rich was a good man to my husband and I.
I met Richard in 5th Grade when we attended Sacred Heart School together in Hollister, CA. We maintained a close friendship for years and had so many fun times together. Richard was a expert skier and his parents ran The Strawberry Inn, in Strawberry, Ca, which was close to the Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. We would meet at the Inn after a day of skiing for cocktail or two and he would talk about his day skiing the black diamond runs while I would bore him with my bunny hill stories! When Richard moved to Iowa, we lost contact with each other, only to reconnect through Facebook a couple of years ago. I was shocked to learn of his passing and I'm sad for the loss of a dear friend I just found after several years. But, I'm sure he's in a better place and is surrounded by those he loved, especially his wife, his little sister, his brother and parents. Rest In Peace my old friend, Richard.
